August 7, 201510 yr I'v been searching for updated information regarding this for some time: Is it true that if i want to start my own business i have to have 4 Thai natives in my company for every farang? If so what does this even mean? Do they have to be full time paid? Is it not possible to start a company and alone work myself in this company? The company i want to start would be me working with clients outside Thailand and outsourcing projects to partners in Thailand. I don't expect to be able to have 4 employees directly from startup.
