Is it possible for a Thai citizen to get a UK working visa/permit? If yes, how?

Also, where would you think it is easier for a Thai citizen to get a work visa: UK or USA? Any other countries you have in mind?

No idea about the USA or other countries; but for the UK see Tier 2 (General) visa.
