I am having problems with the LiveTV with the App. The VOD service works great but I am getting some buffering/freezing with the App. I can watch it with my IPAD(Safari) without problems so I think my internet is fine.

Is there a way to watch using an Android box without using the App. I tried in chrome but it didn't seem to work. Any tips?

Do you have MX player installed on your Android Box?

If you have you "should" be able to use the web interface but I'm not sure it will be any more reliable,
