Visa Extension On Non Immigrant O

Given that Penang are not issuing multi entry non imm O visas, when I will make a trip to immigration to extend my single entry visa before it expires.

Can someone recommend:

1. If requirement is 400K OR 40K salary per month or both?

2. If I will be working in Bangkok, is a letter from my employer stating my salary sufficient?

3. I will not have a work permit when applying for extension, is this a problem?

4. Anything else.

If you are married to a Thai national, either but not both is required

No. You need proof you paid tax on that amount. PND 91 and PND 1

Yes it is a problem if you are using the 40K salary per month and do not have a work permit.

I assume you are married to a Thai??

Otherwise you will have to meet the full salary requirements based on your nationality.
