Can anyone tell me where I can buy perspex? Have been looking around for a long time and have not been successful, all the glaziers I have found do not seem to use it. The type used for a sliding window in condos and houses would be fine without the edges and I would then cut it to my requirements, so can anyone help?

Thanks for any sensible replies.

I don't know if you have tried already, but Nakhon Sawan has both Global House and Home Pro, they might be able to help. I also think I have seen clear acrylic sheets at Thaiwatsadu but I don't know where the nearest one to you is situated. I tend to stock up when I visit BKK as there is a good Thaiwatsadu at Bang Na, either way, it will be closer to you than a trip to CM.

Good Luck

I have found the answer to my question and if anyone else is interested here is the answer.

Some time ago I had some pictures framed, they used to perspex instead of glass, so I went back today to the Pictures and Mirrors shop with a cut out of what I wanted in plastic card, it was cut for me there and then and cost me 100bts. Now I have a glass roof for one of my two loco depots on my model railway.

I hope this helps anyone else who is looking for it, best to take a Thai along who understands exactly what you are looking for and explain.
