carabou
I arrived in Swampy on the 4/7/15 from Oz on a retirement visa, my passport is stamped to 11/6/16. My question is do I have to do the 90 day thing every three months or do I do nothing util the 12 months expires. In other words just relax and enjoy being here until then? Prior to this I was on the 90 day renewal tourist visa. Thanks in advance for any help.
nowretired
Yes. You must make 90 day reports if remaining continuously in Thailand in excess of 90 days. Proof of address is likely to be required when the first report is made
ubonjoe
The dates you posted do not seem to be correct. If you have an OA visa that allows a one year entry you should of been stamped in until July 3rd 2016. The date 11/6/16 seems to be the date your visa expires. Look at the entry stamp in to see what the admitted until date is.
KhunBENQ
I arrived in Swampy on the 4/7/15 from Oz on a retirement visa, my passport is stamped to 11/6/16. These dates confuse me. (I consulted WiKi about Australian date format) 4/7/15 -> 4th July 2015 11/6/16 -> 11th June 2016 You seem to have a Non O-A visa, which should give you 365 days (1 year). Does your passport expire on 11 June 2016? Edited August 20, 2015 by KhunBENQ
