This morning at about 10:30 am I was standing at the lookout on the top of Pratumnak Hill and I heard a relatively slow-moving propeller aircraft passing overhead. I looked up to see it and thought it was too big for a Cessna but couldn’t recognise what type it was.

It was at about 3 - 4000 feet and it flew over the bay near Bali Hai and then made a slight turn right towards Laem Chanbang.

Then I noticed 2 quite pronounced vapour trails from the back which only lasted about four or five seconds and then it stopped and then it started again 10 seconds later and it kept doing this for the whole time it was still in sight.

There wasn't that much cloud cover over the ocean where it was heading but it was much more cloudy inland.

I just wondered would that have been cloud seeding in action?

saw 2 this morning flying in formation. One trailing a bit on the starboard side. It was much more cloudy this morning and it really looked like rain was coming at one time and felt sure they would have had some success.

But as the afternoon came the clouds dissipated again
