“Red Notice” Interpol Korean Fugitive caught in East Pattaya

PATTAYA: -- Transnational Crime Suppression Police based at Pattaya Police Station, arrested a South Korean Fugitive on Saturday who has been on-the-run for the last 5 years.

An Interpol “Red Notice” is the most urgent and serious of notices which can be issued by Interpol and is the closest equivalent to an International Arrest Warrant.

The “Red Notice” received by Pattaya Police this week was in the name of Mr. Seong In Sik aged 33.

What did he do in Thailand for five years to earn him this "red notice" distinction?

Red Notice issued by Interpol on behalf of South Korean police and acted upon by RTP.

Red Notice - To seek the location and arrest of wanted persons with a view to extradition or similar lawful action.
