PATTAYA: -- Transnational Crime Suppression Police based at Pattaya Police Station, arrested a South Korean Fugitive on Saturday who has been on-the-run for the last 5 years.

An Interpol “Red Notice” is the most urgent and serious of notices which can be issued by Interpol and is the closest equivalent to an International Arrest Warrant.

The “Red Notice” received by Pattaya Police this week was in the name of Mr. Seong In Sik aged 33.
