Have anybody gone back to Family court and complained? Not appeal

According to some people if the other party not follow the court agreement you have to go back and complain however that means go back to court and basically start over. It sounds so strange that you each time have to go back instead of enforcing the agreement they want you to go back to court and change the agreement? The police wont help they say also go back to court but then it will be an endless circle of going back to court.

Have anybody done it and can share their version?

...my experience is...I am told nothing of what is supposed to happen....I have to find out for myself....

you go back to court, the other party denies everything you claim, you show evidence of your claim(s) (proof they are lying) judge tells them they must cooperate, they say yes they will.

subsequently they do not obey or respect the judge and continue to do the same thing.

and how many times can they do that? From what I understand they can also bring up or want to change the current agreement? Is there a limit to how many times they can not follow the court order?

there have been such cases in the media spotlight, some on tv actually. theres likely more cases that remain private as they do not need publicity. actually i have prevailed on some decisions at family court and some not. it seems normal they teach the child to lie in court. lying is an integral component of thai society as it seems.
