Yes the previous owner still techncally owns it & Im startying to worry. Please what are the requirements to put it in my name? Many thanks............ I tried a search fo "car ownership requirements" etc but got nothing relating to my question. Is there a page with this info on? I imagine im not the first to ask or the last............
