another form

Yesterday the village policeman brought round a form for me to fill in.

No ref number on it, issued by the Provincial Police.

Asking for my details, visa, reason for being here, driving license numbers, parents names, details of criminal record, blah blah blah.

Very little that they don't already know, presumably all on different data bases.

The parents name bit was funny; only tiny space to write answer; I just wrote my surname in; which was accepted !

I'm not Turkish, neither were my parents.

Also, nowhere on the form asking for my signature; so ANYONE could write in what ever they want, i suppose.

Anyone else out there get this form recently ? A quick look on the forum shows no other posts about this.

that's actually quiet impressive, and that's 12 years in Thailand ?
