Long term exposure to pain, such as through arthritis, also can cause changes in parts of the brain associated with how we react to oain. This can cause delusional behaviour. Cancers in other parts of the body can also cause symptoms, For instance, its not uncommon for someone with bladder cancer to exhibit dementia-like symptoms. In fact, many urinary infections impact our behaviour and memory recall. I have utter sympathy with anyone with dementia. With the right support, people with dementia can remain active and make a contribution to society. -

Why are you still in Thailand, not in Vietnam?
Vietnam is getting a lot of hype now, 40% cheaper than Thailand, easy immigration rules, no problem with border runs or "staying too much", friendly and helpful locals, no fake smiles like in Thailand when they only want your money. Tourists are flocking to Vietnam and can't stop raving about how much they like it. So the question is: why are YOU still in Thailand, and not in Vietnam? -
