is that kor ror document required for a multiple entry marriage visa from savannakhet?

i remember a kor ror document from the amphur where you got married is required for extending your marriage visa at chaeng wattana, showing that you're still married. is that document also needed to get a multiple entry visa from savannakhet? or is the marriage certificate enough? if you got a baby i assume you also need to bring the birth certificate.

Only your marriage certificate is needed to apply for a visa.

A Kor Ror 2 is only needed to apply for an extension at immigration.

A KR2 is required in my case as I mislaid my original marriage certificate in the UK many years ago, i.e. when applying for a one year multi non o Immigrant visa at say Savannakhet, you need to produce a recent KR2 signed and date at the Amphur where you were married.
