I saw another video of a guy who did something terrible, forget what it was.. Maybe a rape , and while he was on the ground with hands cuffed behind his back a member of the public walked over and soccer kicked him in the face... He was presented to the media at the metropolitan police bureau on Wednesday.A complaint was lodged against the suspect with Pathumwan police by a victim, Ms Wallapa Trakulpraelai, who said she was assaulted by the suspect in the underground train at Hua Lampong terminal.Police alleged that Veeraphan was accused of using a bottled water to smack at the face of a 17-year old teenager in Siam Paragon shopping mall on August 12. Did she ask for help? I have known more than one Thai woman who was more than willing to assert her position if provoked. Maybe it was good her brothers weren't there to help?
