In order to all mentioned in the Police order 327/2557 it also depends on the immigration office. For example I do not need to provide the n°3 but I do need to provide a witness who isn't related to my wife and has to come sign a declaration saying we are married and living together as well as a statement from the ampol saying I do live at the given address. In any case it is wisely to check with your immigration office first since every one of them has his own extra documents that they require.

9. Map to residency (names of roads and house marked in Thai and GPS coordinates) - Wow now with GPS coordinates, getting more and more weird but I guess you are right - last time we had to draw 2 maps by hand (no google-maps allowed)

10. 3 Pictures, one showing you outside the house with wife and house number visible, One in bedroom, One showing time relaxing. - Quite bizarre with the bedroom pic but some IO gets a kick out of it I guess

As Jempi71 say : try call your local Immigration cause they make up their own rules as they go ...
