We are having our condo Condo regulations rewritten and need advise from a Lawyer who has knowledge in this field, any ideas?

That is a question I was asking myself many times and had it here on TV before. Until now, I did not find one who was willing to get involved. If you find one, please, let me know.

The easiest way would be to just get a copy of a similar condo and change the names...use it as a template, IOW. Lawyers will see that as a golden opportunity to bill countless hours, and will eventually do what I just suggested.
