Is there any postal deliveries today in pattaya ?

It's not a govt holiday otherwise my postman would not have been delivering mail on my soi this morning here in Bangkok. I know you are in Pattaya...just mentioning they are delivering here in Bangkok today so I expect they are delivering across the country. If your postal delivery is like mine here in Bangkok the postman only visits your soi/building if he has a delivery for someone...no delivery to make and it can appear as if the postman is on holiday.

I just received two EMS parcels. Here in south Pattaya.
