Hi, has anybody had any experience in Thailand having products cast in aluminum? I am wanting to get approx 100 aluminum models cast for me approx size 70cm x 20cm x 5cm. Important apart from the work quality is the ease of doing business and good communication. Many thanks.

I have not noticed any lost foam casting ,

10 Years ago I had a bunch of stuff sand cast , most was very nice , but then something changed and the finish was like gravel and would not polish out ,

But I was still expected to pay for the bad parts !

So make sure you know what the companies plan is if you are not happy with the work
