swain
Going on a Visa run to Rangoon, Myanmar- can you exchange baht for Kyat in Myanmar and if yes does anyone know the exchange rate. Is it better to change baht into dollars in thailand and THEN into kyat in Myanmar? Baht being so strong and all, I thought it might be better to take baht. jadran
for the best exchange rate - dollars... 100 dollar bills. crisp clean. if the notes are messy, they will reduce the rate. (beware, exchanging can be tricky, hotels will rip you off, and doing it on the street is illegal) Edited September 28, 2006 by jadran

Given that this is what I would have to do, has anyone had experence bringing baht?
