language exchange, face book, get it?

There are great online sites for studying Japanese, both spoken and written. Google for them. They're not as warm and fuzzy as a live tutor but cheaper and more convenient. Good luck.

PS. If you get a human tutor, be aware that there are differences between feminine and masculine spoken Japanese. I just heard a guy speaking Japanese today who spoke with a feminine accent. Sounded funny!
