September 23, 201510 yr Khmer Times/James Reddick PHNOM PENH (Khmer Times) – Cambodia is now free of “blue-ear” pig disease, which had infected more than 4,000 pigs in five provinces last month, the Ministry of Agriculture said yesterday. “Since a few days ago, they are all cured,” said Tan Phanara, the director of the Animal Health and Production Department of the Ministry of Agriculture. The disease – which is officially named porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome –was particularly concentrated in Siem Reap Province, where an estimated 1,000 pigs died. In response, the ministry mobilized a team of veterinarians who inspected pigs throughout the country. They worked to separate the sick from the healthy pigs to prevent a further spread and prevented unhealthy animals from being transported from Siem Reap Province. read more: http://www.khmertimeskh.com/news/16102/outbreak-of-pig-disease----over---/ ThaiVisa, c'est aussi en français ThaiVisa, it's also in French
