Your best bet is probably the Amari hotel opposite the airport....they will serve beer 24/7 I guess.

No idea if there is a bar just thought would be , I'm stopping at amari anyway

I've only ever seen a couple of people in there whenever I've dropped in (late in the evening). They had beer on tap which is a bonus.
