Who will ever see this through, how will this be implemented and controlled? Not in my lifetime, not here! The way they control it in Manila is by making the front car the designated car for women. This means that when waiting on the platform, only women can access that part of the platform. Just because they have a separate carriage for women doesn't mean all women traveling on the train must use it. The option if there if they want it.
