This summit would be a great opportunity for the PM and his cabinet to make valuable presentations. I suggest:

"How the Military Can Force Social and Political Change - Over & Over"

"Why Social and Economic Inequality is a Good Thing"

"How Attititude Adjustment Can Calm the Spirit"

"Who Needs Democracy When you have Generals?"

"How to Become a Millionaire on a $40,000 Annual Salary"

There is already opposition to OYW choosing Thailand as its venue. Military coup d'etats, absolute control, banning all free speech and dissent, blocking the Internet may be the wrong message to pass to the world's best and brightest young leaders. Three days of freedom of expression, and only at OYW for participants. There's a movement afoot to cancel OYW: thailandsfuture.wordpress.com.

They are asking hundreds of youth to come to Bangkok to speak freely about their wishes and thoughts.

Hey guys, they are not the same folks as the guy addressing the UN.

They are the same kind of folks as the ones you arrested a while ago.
