thesetat2013
Shouldn't it be the schools responsibility whether to accept or reject food or beverage sent to them? So why blame the manufacturer or distributor? Each school that gave expired milk should be sued and fined by the health board for failing to check expiration dates prior to serving that. All the manufacturers or distributors have to do is say that milk was fresh when it was delivered and the school must have held it past that date before giving it to the kids

slapout
This crap has been going on for several months,. They found expirery dates that were 4 months out in the future on spoilt milk being served. One packaging facility has been caught at least 3 times sending bad product to different areas (no blacklist I guess) The dairy themselves, if set up properly would not be source of spoilage. Milk goes direct from cow to cooling vat, picked up by refrigated tanker and transported to main processing /packaging plant. The spoilage is most likely being caused at the latter facility. The inspection teams will probably be made up of civil employees in the bridge building department
