  1. Near the top right of the screen, click on your member name
  2. In the drop-down menu that opens, click on My Settings
  3. In the new page that opens, in the left frame, click on Manage Attachments
  4. In the new page that opens, you can see links to all the images and other attachments you uploaded.

Glad to have been of help. It is frustrating when you know something is there somewhere and you can't find it. The same thing about attachments happened to me years ago and I haven't forgotten the solution since then.
