Keep getting a pop-up re Windows Media Player

For the last few days I keep getting a big window appearing on my screen that says "Windows Media Player Network Sharing Configuration Application Has Stopped Working". This window may appear 20 times in a row and as fast as I hit Close Program it appears again. I have run a couple of anti-virus programs like CC cleaner and AVG but it won't go away. Any suggestions?

Should have done the Google search first, it shows how to disable the network sharing function. Hopefully the problem is solved.
