Urgent - Thai Air lion flight tomorrow

Featured Replies

I'm travelling tomorrow morning Thai Air Lion from Udon Thani to Bangkok

2 adults, 2 children - 15kg each

Rather than taking 3 small bags does anyone know if the airline allows u to combine luggage allowance for example 1 suitcase under 25kg without charge the 400 baht per kilo extra ??

If anyone knows I'd appreciate a quick answer as I leave home at 8am

Many thanks

Yes as long as you are flying with someone you can "use their allowance". No issue at all.

I'm flying with my wife and two children - we are all on the same eticket

Are you 100% certain ?

I appreciate your help

As long as it doesnt exceed both of your combined weights, Im about 99% sure. So sure, I wouldnt worry about it at all.

Ok - I'll let u know tomorrow morning

Thanks again

I regularly fly with my wife's overweight baggage. It usually contains a dead body, or feels like it.

Fortunately, it's all negated by two pairs of undercrackers and a mankini in my suitcase.

Tried that earlier tonight after my wife decided to tell me that the small suitcase is broken.

I telephoned and was on hold for more than 1 hour, call cut off, and was charged 100 baht to my phone for their customer service fee plus the call charge !!!

I have also emailed - at present no response

Dont worry anymore. Get a good night sleep
