Woman plunges to death from car park in an apparent suicide



NONTHABURI: -- A woman plunged to her death from the parking lot of a shopping mall in Ngamwongwan area in what was suspected to be a suicide.

Nonthaburi police and rescue workers rushed to ground floor of the shopping mall where they found the body of the victim, a woman aged 37, lying in a pool of blood. A cellphone, some cash and keys were found in her body.

Police declined to disclose the identity of the victim but said they had contacted her family who was reported to be on their way to identify the body.

Police also managed to contact the victim’s friends who said she was stressed after being laid off from job.

Eyewitnesses reportedly told police the woman was seen on the second floor of the car park before the plunge.

BANGKOK: -- A 37-year-old woman jumped from a floor of the Mall Ngarm Wong Wan's car park and was fatally injured at noon Wednesday, police said.

The woman was identified as Meena Tabsuwan who died of severe injuries shortly after she fell from the 2A floor of the car park.

Police checked record of a security camera and saw Meena walking around before she jumped from the floor.

Again, the well written piece going the distance in describing the poor woman's demise....lying in a pool of blood while a cell phone, cash, and keys were found 'in' her body? Nice description. Thanks.

Being laid off from work in a country with zero welfare and eroding family ties is so tragic. RIP young lady

if this poor woman was stressed out after losing her job stress leads to despondency leads to depression and suicide is the only way out unfortunately my commiserations to her family .rip
