PHUKET: Police do not suspect foul play in the death of a 53-year-old Chinese man who was reportedly found dead in a Patong resort bed this morning by his wife.

Lt Col Wirapong Rakkito of Kathu Police was alerted of the death of a foreign man at 7am this morning by staff at a resort on Soi Bowling, which branches off of Patong's Sai Nam Rd.

The deceased was identified as Mr He Guangde who was found lying on his back in the bed, wearing shorts but not no shirt.

"We did not find any unusual marks on him or any sign of a struggle though the body has taken to Patong Hospital for further inspection," said Lt Col Wirapong.

...I guess it's not possible that his wife wanted to get rid of him...

...so even to check his blood for anything 'irregular' is too much to ask.....

...I dunno...but it seems to me when someone ends up dead....you should NOT rely on hearsay....
