October 1, 200619 yr Having been married to my Thai wife in the U.K in November 2000 and stayed here since then,we are now in the planning for a "permanent" move to Thailand. We had the usual village wedding in Thailand but no official wedding paperwork was done.We were married at a Registrars office in the U.K. I need to know if our U.K. marriage certificate is enough for a non immigrant visa or is some Thai paperwork required. We have a two year old daughter who has a Thai and U.K. passport. My wife has U.K.citizenship.I am 44 years old and can fulfill the 400k requirement. Can anyone foresee any problems and/or offer advice. :
