Have any of you who have used the airport noticed where the luggage storage counters are?

Yes, if you're exiting customs on an international flight, turn to your right. If you're exiting baggage claim on a domestic flight, turn to your left. In the arrivals area, between international and domestic is a Chubb baggage services office. They are open 24 hours and charge 100 THB per 24-hour period. I just went inside their office yesterday to verify the rate and to be sure they are open for business.

Yes, 100 THB per bag. I believe that's roughly the same price as it was at the old airport as well.
