I have a friend he is about to extend his visa,

he was running his via under a company and wife visa together,

recently he closed his company, and when going to renew the visa, the option is to put 400k baht in his account,

he put the amount, but he informed that he must keep the amount of 400k since 4 months ago,

how to do to get this issue solved?

his current visa will expire by the end of this month, so there is a little time,,

any suggestion or advice by someone has similar case will be highly appreciated,

If your friend wants an extension of stay based on marriage he only needs 400k in a Thai bank for 2 months.

Go get out of Thailand and tell him to buy a new Non Immigrant O, and do it right this time...

The problem is: he wants the continus process of the being visa, that might apply for residency in the coming year,,

He knows that he can fly to out and get visa and come back, but this will start a new process, then he will need another 3 complete years to be qualified to apply for residency,

is there any option to solve this?

Not sure what you mean by "the continuous process of being visa" because no "visa" is continuous.

Your friend, I believe, needs a record of continuous employment, extensions of stay and a record of paying tax before "residency" can be applied for.

Your friend needs an Extension to his current visa, this must be done for three consecutive years, also he needs a Work permit and proof of paying tax for the same three years as the extension. All of this is done within Thailand...
