I guess the OP means the 6-month version of a "Graduate Certificate in TESOL?"

If you do not have a degree (BA, or higher) in any field it will not be enough to satisfy Khurusapha.

If it has 24 credits involving the 9 standards set by the TCT, then it's eligible but to be honest, no Grad. Dip. TESOL I know of covers those 9 standards.

I'm not sure if the OP's asking for the real TL, good for five years, or just the "provisional TL", also called "waiver letter" which can be extended up to four years. Two times a' two years.

( But only when staying at the same school, or working at one school for two years and get another two years teaching allowance for another school)

If that's the OP's question, yes, with a BA in any field you won't have a problem to receive a provisional TL. If that's the case and you stay at this school, you can extend it to another two years, makes it to four.

Then she'll have time b\nought to "upgrade" her degree. Aidenai, I know that you're much more knowledgeable on this topic and it would be great if you could give your five baht to it.

OP, when you're holding a BA in any field, there's no problem to get a "provisional TL, good for two years. Cheers-wai2.gif

Does anyone know the latest criteria for obtaining a license based on non Ed BA and teaching credential outside Thailand? Checklist would be great.
