Electric Hover Mower - where to buy?

Featured Replies

Hi. Have looked at Lazarda, HomePro online for one but can't see any - after searching threads on thaivisa, people have mentioned a Black & Decker one but I can't find it for sale... Anyone know where to buy (CR or online)?

I went through this several months ago and I could find nowhere in Thailand that sold them.

You will have to order online, offshore, and hope that they can ship it to Thailand. At the same time you will need to order a fair amount of spare parts otherwise you may be stuck waiting for quite a while.

There were some places I found on Ebay but I also found that most of them are made of plastic including the blades.

It should be OK for a small small lawn but if you have a larger area to cut, one that has rocks, stones of various sizes and humps all over it the hover mower may not be such a good idea.

OK, thanks.

Saw some in Thai Wasado today.

Had a Black and Decker and a few other makes in stock.

The Black and Decker looked a bit flimsy with a nylon cord cutting string but guess would do the job.

I have had a Black and Decker electric strimmer with nylon cutting cord for a couple of years. Had to replace the nylon cord a few times as it wore down but it works well.
