I have been told that the beach concessions have now been regulated to 10.5 meters wide x 7.5 meters deep, with a one meter gap between, some "Top Brass" Police or military, complete with a 50 meter tape,have been enforcing these regulations for the last 2 days, today they are sinking 3 meter long concrete posts to mark these boundaries.

I am told that Wong Amat beach has already been closed due to non compliance of the regulations.
