I would have thought one of the better resto's going up the hill toward Pattaya would make one. I like French coffee with Brandy but I digress. I think that just about every "pub" or international restaurant will do them, though the results will vary wildly from place to place. Fraser's perhaps? When feeling parched for an Irish Coffee in the Jomtien beach rd area, I usually head over to Kaffa, kitty corner to the Dongtan police box.
