PATTAYA: It is known as the scariest night of the year and Halloween 2015 in Pattaya did not disappoint with ghosts and ghouls roaming the streets until the early hours of the morning.

Halloween Parties were taking place around the City and on Walking Street in South Pattaya on Saturday Night. The majority of the bars and other late night entertainment venues made the effort and transformed their venues, along with their staff who dressed for the occasion.
