BA Communicative Thai Language for Foreigners at Kasetsart

Featured Replies

Hello

Whilst looking for courses in advanced Thai Language I have found this 4 year BA program at Kasetsart

Although a few years old this pdf gives information on the course

http://www.interprogram.ku.ac.th/oldsite/curriculums/desc/bachelor/DEPARTMENT%20OF%20THAI%20LANGUAGE%20newly.pdf

I have heard Kasetsart has a good reputation and I was curious as to whether anyone has had any experience with the course?

Thank you

Odd that no one knows anything about this program apparently. Looks good on paper even if the English-language description is a bit over the top. I wonder if the program has folded already. If it has been in operation for six years by now there should be someone at ThaiVisa who has studied there.

I do hear that Thai universities are starting more of these Thai for foreigner programs in order to generate income mainly from the flood of Chinese students, even though the courses, like this one, are taught in English initially.
