Maybe thats what they where wearing when they commited the crime.

Would you want your kid, under age, to have their face shown?

They should have the parents standing behind them and maybe that would help some of the delinquincy, but at that age many are out on their own.

Their futures are bleak.

My Kid would not be out robbing gold necklaces!!!!! if he was, let him suffer the consequences.
