I have seen cold weather clothing in MBK however I would like to know if there are any alternate places in Bangkok to buy snow suits for adults and children?

I did see a Columbia Clothing flagship store in CentralWorld last week.

If you ask at the information desk there, they might be able to direct you straight to the shop. Might be worth giving that a try, as I saw some nice padded jackets with heat reflective linings there. They weren't cheap though.

Uniqlo has some winter stuff. I bet H&M does too. There's another Japanese brand getting started here. Not sure of their name, but I saw some winter stuff there. Look at one of the Central malls.

The malls have the north face shops with good jackets. Just go to their real shops to get the real thing.
