November 11, 201510 yr My thai GF's niece who resides in Ireland set up her Grandmother (who resides in the country outside Korat) with a new phone and internet service for contact purposes. The GM eventually decides she doesn't need the internet as she never uses it. Unfortunately the internet service is on the nieces name (who resides in Ireland) and as I'm being told is the only one who can cancel the service and has to do so in person with an authorized ID card. So right now my Thai GF has to spend 400 baht a month for service that the GM doesn't use and cannot turn off. The internet provider is AIS. If anybody can shed any solutions to this problem. I would be grateful. The niece isn't expected back until next Aug/Sept timeframe. Thanks
