Hi, I actually exporting a lot by small quantities, my customers are ebay sellers in USA.

I use to send it via EMS by a cargo company and they give me a discount 10% off the regular EMS price.

Now I sell more and more and would like to be agreed by EMS (or something like that)in order to get the reseller price (I guess it should be around 15%off the price) and they directly come to my company office to get all the parcels (around 30 per days).

But I've called 3 times the EMS service at Thailand Post and the answer is still the same:

"there is no possible discount for EMS service"!!!!

I know this is wrong because I pay less than the Thailandpost.com showed price!

Anybody have more information please?
