We got married at the Pasicharoen (10160) district office afew weeks ago and they were hassel free. If you dont have any wittness's, for 200 baht, they will get 2 office staff to wittness for you. They are located on Phetkasem Rd, Soi 45 (Opposite future park bangkae) Bus # 157 from Khao San goes past that area depending where your comming from. Make sure you take the Certified copy of the letter from your embassy translated in thai saying your single, and she needes to bring all her doccuments, id card, tabian baan, etc.
