Can't be serious. Use 'Super Heroes' to intimidate criminals? I remember as a teenager, tackling people who use to dress up in costumes, then again I was a bit of a shit kid looking for a bit of fun. No criminal in their right mind would be intimidated by a bunch of fools dressed up in costume. Then if they did try to make an arrest and ended up getting pumped.... "sorry, didn't know it was a police officer, no badge on display".
