I need someone for an occasional night on the town or weekend shopping or short sightseeing trips outside of town. They must speak some English. I'll use the driver mostly when songthaew or tuktuk trips are inconvenient or uncomfortable.

I live near Central Dept. Store. This is likely to be an ongoing thing, maybe twice a month.

Meter taxis are new and have air con. Pot luck if the driver speaks enough English for your purposes but worth a try. You can negotiate rates per half day or per trip depending upon your requirements.
