The post office in Ban Amphur is gone -- torn down. It seemed to get a lot of business, so does anybody know if it's being replaced with a new one?

In the meantime, what is the closest one to the old location? There was a newer big one on the west side of Sukhumvit going toward Pattaya, but I can't recall seeing it lately.

Aparently, haven't seen it myself there's a short term replacement post office ( The sign says "behind the tesabahn office" )

on the other side of sukhumvit road still in Ban amphur but further ( north ) towards/at or just past the traffic lights.

The other big one is further north on Sukhumvit just past the Mazda/Proton dealer.

Ban Amphur post office has relocated to the rear of the Amphur building (near to Siam Commercial bank). Plenty of parking spaces and air conditioning.

I was told that this is a temporary arrangement as a new post office will be built on the original site.

I wonder if they forgot some packages at the old location. Am missing two incoming small parcels for two weeks now, something that has never happened before
