If you're booked into the Royal Cliff - a 5 star hotel - they should collect you. However, if things don't work out a taxi from the airport to there will cost you 1500Baht.

Apparently not a service they're promoting. From their website ...

International passengers bound for Pattaya fly into Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi International Airport, where they can catch bus or taxi connections for the 70-minute commute to Pattaya.
