Dtac Online Bill Payment System

Featured Replies

I have been using the DTAC online system to pay my wife's bill whilst I am out of the country.

Today I logged on and was re-directed to enter my details as they have a "new" system.

They wanted my id, then a new password of only 4 digits (what a security joke that is).

Then address and DOB etc.

The form asks for 9 digit phone numbers.

They do not seem to realise that it all changed this month to 10 digits.

Finally I was directed back to the logon screen, which told me my id does not exist any longer.

TIT :o

If you sign up for online banking with Bangkok Bank or Kasikorn [maybe others too ] you can pay via the bank too.

Also, of course you can have your girl do it at an ATM if she has a card.

JFYI
