tolsti
Hello as you now no longer need to apply for a Visa for Vietnam prior to arrival (UK Citizen) as there is a trail period being carried out do you still get a bloody great sticker occupying a page in your passport or just an arrival stamp? Thanks Tols
bangkokdavie
You no longer get the large sticker for the visa, just the entry and exit stamps and a stamp showing how long the stay is valid for. IO will ask to see onward ticket and how long you are staying. That is all that happened when I did it a few days ago. You get stamped in for 15 days on your passport. Wrong Turn
Anyone know a safe link for applying the visa online? Dutch, do they have visa exempt? Cant find a reliable source online for this information thanks Are you folks referring to "visa exempt" or 'Visa on Arrival." I flew into VN from Bangkok 2 months ago and the tourists / visitors were lining up for the visa on arrival. I know there is not much difference. Or, is there? The govt has been trying to increase tourist numbers recently, so I assume they are trying to be more visitor-easy or visitor-friendly.
